Her work leverages more than 20 years of experience, starting with her time solving problems with business leaders as an employment attorney. As an HR executive and consultant, she grew and scaled HR functions in high-growth companies, including integrating M&A transactions, fostering best-in-class workplace cultures, and supporting multiple workforces in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
