Hey, I'm Paula!

I help business leaders make better HR decisions faster. As the founder of ProSonder Solutions, LLC, I partner with my clients to spark high performance in an engaged, inclusive employee culture built to navigate the changing workplace.

As an HR executive and consultant, I have spearheaded the expansion and refinement of HR functions in high-growth companies, seamlessly integrated M&A transactions, cultivated award-winning workplace cultures, and supported diverse teams across multiple continents including Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Now, I am proud to serve a diverse portfolio of clients across different stages of their business life cycle, including start-ups, private equity-owned, family businesses, and high-growth companies in industries such as technology, software, aerospace, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, academia, and non-profit.
